<h4><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></h4>
<ul style="line-height: 1.2;">
<li><h5>You will be responsible for teaching groups of students.</h5></li>
<li>Meet each student’s learning requirements and build individual lesson plans to their specific needs.</li>
<li>You will also discuss with parents and support staff to meet students’ progress.</li>
<li>Adapt learning materials to students’ needs, ability to create IEPs</li>
<li>Keep track of and reflect on students’ progress</li>
<li>Monitor children’s behavioral patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if need</li>
<li>Prepare students for the transition to the next grade</li>
<li>Coach/mentor other professionals who work with children with disabilities</li>
<li>Collaborate with the support staff</li>
<li>All other duties related to the program.</li>

<h4><b>Requirement:</b></h4>
<ul style="line-height: 1.2;">
<li>Valid California Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe Education Specialist License</li>
<li>1+ years of working experience as a Special Education Teacher</li>
<li>Master’s degree preferred</li>
</ul>
